Any time of the year you can travel Vietnam but the best time to travel Vietnam is from August to December because weather is so nice, dry, sunny, cool climate.

3. What if I already transferred deposit money for my transfer package but my trip cancelled by an unexpected reason?

We must say that it is very simple and not a big problem. Hanoi VIP Transfer will accept to keep that amount of money you sent to us for the next trip you arrive Vietnam. And in case that you don't have any plan to Vietnam in the future, we try to send back the money to you (It is obvious that you must pay the transaction fee for the money transfering process).

It costs you 4 days and just 15USD/single entry - 18USD/person/ multi entry. please send us passport information then I will send you the visa approval letter.

After getting Visa Approval Letter, just print out, bring it to travel and you can entry the airport gate. Remember that you will be required to pay in cash 45.00USD/stamp fee/single entry, 60 USD/stamp fee/multi entry at the airport upon arrival and prepare 2 photos 4*6 cm.

You can make via letter in Vietnamese Embassy in your country, but is is more inconvenient then sending us to do it.

It is the biggest and most important holiday in Vietnam so not only our company but also most of other travel services (hotel, restaurant, car, bus, travel agent, flight …) also stop working. Moreover, all the price will be double or triple expensive than the normal days. And so, our transfer service is not excptional, price is up 20% compared to that of normal days.
