Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)
Upon Arrival, you will be greeted by local guide and transfer to hotel for check in. After a short break, you take the orientation tour of the center Hanoi, walking around the guild streets in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, Hoan Kiem Lake, the Opera House. Have dinner in local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour - Cooking class (B/L/D)
08:00 Tour guide meet you at hotel and start with Tran Quoc pagoda, a Buddhist relic and national heritage lying on the West Lake.
08:45 You visit Ho Chi Minh Complex with his mausoleum, his house-on-stilt and garden. Visit One Pillar Pagoda built in 1049, the structure has become an important symbol for the Hanoi today.
10:00 Proceed to Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to learn about Vietnam diversity in cultures. You see the display of costumes, cloths, hunting tools, life activities of 54 Ethnic group in Vietnam.
11:30 Leave for a legendary Hoan Kiem lake “turtle lake” and Ngoc Son Temple dedicated to a former general commander Tran Hung Dao for his struggle against Mongolians
12:30 Go to have a rest and enjoy lunch in a local restaurant in Hanoi Old Quarter. Time for relaxing.
13:30 Continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam - Vietnam’s first University. The temple is dedicated to Confucius, sages and talented scholars. It is the most famous temple in Hanoi.
16:00 Tour ends after a visit to Long Bien historical bridge. The one was French legacy and was designed by a man designing Eiffel tower in Paris. This bridge was built by French in 1899 and finished 1902. Walking on it for a photos is a good choice in Hanoi.
15:00 Cooking Class

Day 3: Hanoi - Mai Chau (B/L/D)
After having a breakfast at your hotel we drive to Mai Chau - passing a backdrop of lush rice paddies. The steeply undulating terrain ensures some excellent photo opportunities. Upon arrival at the Mai Chau Lodge there will be time for lunch. During your time in the region there will plenty of opportunities to enjoy some light trekking as follow: visit to Soldier Cave with the main chamber which can hold 400-500 people. Here the legend related to the cave will be told and a part of the country history is explained. And walk to to Thai villages of Pom Coong and Lac. Overnight in Mai Chau with local people (homestay)
Day 4: Mai Chau - Tam Coc (B/L/D)
Drive to Ninh Binh Province for visiting Tam Coc which means Three Caves and known as "Ha Long Bay on the rice paddies". This area is famous for its breathtaking scenery, where dramatic limestone formations rise sharply out of green rice paddies and wetlands. Embark on a small, hand rowed sampan, and begin your journey along green waterways. You will pass under a sequence of three caves - Hang Ca, Hang Giua and Hang Cuoi - as your boat glides past green rice fields and lotus ponds. Have lunch at local restaurant. Continue your trip by biking around Hoa Lu - the ancient capital enjoying few hours cycling through peaceful countryside villages. Overnight in Ninh Binh
Day 5: Ninh Binh - Halong on Junk Boat (B/L/D)
After having a breakfast at your hotel. Drive through green rice paddy fields to Ha Long Bay. Arrive at Halong Bay wharf, you will be met by our crew who escort you on board and serve welcome drinks.
You then check into your cabin and we begin cruising into Halong Bay. Have lunch in the restaurant while you enjoy the stunning views of the Bay. In the early afternoon we arrive at Vong Vieng floating fishing village and drop anchor. Our guide will give you some information and interesting facts about this fascinating village and its local community.
We disembark and get on the sampans rowed by the local people. They will be your guides through their fishing village where you can meet the locals, visit the school and pearl farms. See first-hand what life is like living on the water. Back on board we head for the calm waters of the lagoons and beaches for swimming and relaxing on deck or pamper yourself with a massage and sauna in our luxurious spa. Enjoy a great sunset and spend a relaxing evening. Overnight on junk
Day 6: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L/D)
For the early risers join us for a Tai Chi session on the sun deck or take the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of a Halong Bay sunrise. After breakfast we set sail for Bo Hon Island. Disembark and visit (Sung Sot) Surprise Cave. It is one of the largest grottoes in Halong Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.
An early lunch is made available to enjoy while we head back to Halong wharf on another scenic route. We arrive back at the wharf at 12 noon for our drive back to your hotel in Hanoi arriving at 5.pm
Day 7: Hanoi - Departure (B)
After having a breakfast then free at your leisure until transfer to airport for your departure.
