1/ Payment Methods

How to pay by credit card (online payment)?

We connect with PAYPAL Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but Master Card with international security standard. We will send you the link to fill in the form and you will make the online payment through the following steps:

1. Card type selection:

The payment gateway interface will appear as below for you to select the card type you are going to pay with: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

2. Card Information Input

To make the payment, you will input the following card information:

Card Number:

Expiry Date:

CSC:

Address:

City/Town:

State/Province:

Post/Zip Code:

Country:

Click PAY.

3. Transaction Result

You will be asked to wait for some seconds for the transaction result from PAYPAL payment gateway. Then, we will send you an email to inform you the Order status and the transaction result.

Notes

In some cases, your transaction may not be successful due to:

- In correct card information

- Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)

- Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us.Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Order.

Please note that all online credit transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge with all cards (Visa, Master, Amex or JCB).

2/ Cancellation Policy

In some cases of cancellation, we will return 100% your money as we love to provide the best service and experience to our customers. However, cancellation policies may change depending upon the type of service and the reason for cancellation. And we recommend you that when you make the booking, you should ask our supporting team clearly abour cancellation policy. By that way, you will have best idea of how your transfer will going on.

3/ Travel Insurance

Hanoi VIP Transfer always recommend its customers to purchase a travel insurance which includes medical, and others realting to their trip. We will trive to bring our customers the best care and help them to avoid losses.

4/ Refund/Complaints

In some cases, Hanoi VIP Transfer may face with complaints from its customers due to unexpected reasons. We promise to act in a very professional way to find out the cause. And for the sake of our customers, we will try to solve out the problems. Also, we hope our customers share with us to deal with the problems in a "win-win solution".
